“An Indian man broke the world record by hugging 79 humans in just a minute. The Guinness Book Of World Records describes him as the   most affectionate record breaker  (https://in-mg61.mail.yahoo.com/neo/launch?.rand=4j24bm2j7hrsu#8275805081).

I would describe it as being outright silly and qualifying to be included in 'anaap-shnaap'
