Sad that India lost today

Now all kinds of experts will tell us why India lost today- should have made some 'partnerships' in the initial stages, should have played X and not Y etc., etc.

Let us just concede that in today's match, Australia played better cricket than India.

Shri Arvind Kejriwal wants air-conditioners to be removed from his new official house- news

Shri Arvind Kejriwal wants air-conditioners to be removed from his new official house- news

Some simpler solutions could be (i) to let the poor air conditioners remain, but not to switch them on; (ii) or let the a.c's be disconnected from the power supply,or (iii) to use them for a month and not pay the bill and then disconnect them for non-payment of electricity dues.

Well?

'Amitabh-Shamitabh' by K.J.S.Chatrath

Like quite a few of us, I too am a fan of Amitabh Bachhan's acting and versatility. But I was very disappointed to see him in 'Shamitabh'. He just couldn't hide his self-love- it almost bordered on arrogance.....

'Sahir-birthday-Tajmahal' by K.J.S.Chatrath

March 8 was Sahir Ludhianawi's birthday.

Hum garibon ki mohabbat ka hai udaya mazakâ,
Ay meri mehboob, kahin aur mila kar

"मेरे महबूब कहीं और मिला कर मुझसे,
बज़्म- ए-शाही में ग़रीबों का गुज़र क्या माने.
सबत जिन राहों पर है सतबते शाही के निशां
उसपे उल्फत भरी रूहों का गुज़र क्या माने?"-

'No, GATI, No! by K.J.S.Chatrath

I sent a complaint to GATI about their false reporting about delivering a parcel. Got a computer generated reply. I tried for 3 days and sent 10 reminders. Got the same reply that the matter was being looked into.

Then I had to tell them that I may have to knock at the doors of Consumer Court. Pat came a reply that they were not in a position to locate my complaint.

I protested again and then got a reply, presumably from a human being, just saying sorry without going into any detail.

No, GATI, No. This is no way to treat your customers!
