'Rock Garden Chandigarh'- by K.J.S.Chatrath

There is a lot of brouhaha about  Mr. Anuj Saini s/o the late legendry Nek Chand ji having been turned away from the Rock garden when the French President and the Indian Prrie minister visited it it on the 25th.

Any idea what is the locus standi of  Mr. Anuj Saini in the 'Rock Garden' set-up? Is he the owner or a pro-bono adviser or an employee or just an admirer?
