Pappa, Pappu & the next PM of India
Pappu: Papa who will be the next Prime Minister of India?
Pappa: That's a good question but frankly I dont know.
and you know to contextualize things a bit. "Ramu, Shamu, Damu" is a chapter in a Xth standard marathi book where these three are belligerent ill mannered kids involved in verbal and physical squabbles.
Thus proving the point that the guy who made the remark (HM) still knows his Xth lessons by heart even though no cutting edge expertise has been developed that the task at hand itself.

And I thought these were just three similar rhyming names......meaning something like Tom, Dick & Harry....Thanks for putting it in the context...
