Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel statue or hospitals for the poor tribals

The cost of building the tallest statue of Sardar Patel is said to be Rs.2,000 crores. One wonders how many good hospitals can be set up in the poor tribal areas with such an amount. Of course such hospitals could be named 'Sardar Patel Hospitals'.
