'Blue Steak? Wow of Boaah!' - by K.J.S.Chatrath

In a good number of  'developed' countries some people prefer to take Blue Steak....this is what is looks like AFTER cooking. To me it looks like almost raw and under cooked meat.

Tell me, am I wrong in saying that Indian cuisine is the best in the world!
