Let us call these ordinary chairs 'heritage'- by K.J.S.Chatrath

In the recent past, a new city was set up in India. It was nice but there was a problem. Since it was a new city so it had no history and no heritage. 'If we don’t have a heritage, let us create one', was what some people of this city thought. So some of them started calling anything which the architect of that city had touched with the small finger of his right hand as ‘heritage’.....

If these 55 year old ordinary chairs are ‘heritage’, then what would you call such 3,500 year old Egyptian monuments?

Come on. Let us get real!
