Sad. So sad. So very sad.
A page to share random musings... an odd butterfly fluttering around.. a rare bloom to talk about... my next trip to plan... and yes, the new maid has joined! A page belonging to an author, a traveller, a compulsive decision maker of late... do keep dropping in to catch up on some gupp-shupp with me and do be prepared to put up with some anaap-shnaap rantings too :D

Sad that India lost today
Now all kinds of experts will tell us why India lost today- should have made some 'partnerships' in the initial stages, should have played X and not Y etc., etc.
Let us just concede that in today's match, Australia played better cricket than India.

'240 updates for Shakespeare Ji and Samuel Johnson Ji' by K.J.S.Chatrath
It may be in order to update Shakespeare Ji and Samuel Johnson Ji that the ninth edition of the Oxford Advanced Learner’s Dictionary, released in March 2015, has included over 240 words from Indian English. Keema, papad etc. are now in Oxford dictionary.
Careful, uh, these Indians are slowly colonising the English Language!
